yesterday. I met the owner, Amanda, at a San Francisco Appel and Frank show. Whenever I do children’s shows I usually spend some time wandering, talking, and shopping with other vendors. When I saw Amanda’s dresses I stopped right in my tracks. Adore La Vie takes on that eternal question my friends and I have when we shop for our daughter, Do they have it in my size too? Amanda has answered the question with a resounding yes! She has taken on the niche of mother daughter apparel and made it fun and fashion forward. Amanda has brought her design sensibilities from her days working at Janie and Jack and has infused inspiration from designers such as Alice + Olivia and I even saw a tad of Chloe in there. AS much as I love all of these labels Adore La Vie has created a style I like even better. Her clothes are magical. We shot in the early morning at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, an eternal thanks to my shivering but very brave models.
